Curry Chicken Salad
This exotic tasting chicken salad is not only packed with protein for maximum muscle growth, but the added super ingredient turmeric delivers strong anti-inflammatory effects to help ward off injuries.
Ingredients:

1 lb cooked chicken breast chopped
3/4 cup organic greek yogurt
1 cup raisins
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 celery stalk diced
1 sweet apple chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients together in large bowl and stir to combine.
This salad is delicious just as it is but you can also serve this over a green
salad or in a wrap.
