Grass Fed Burrito
Grass fed beef trumps conventional beef with it’s rich omega-3 fats, vitamin E, beta-carotene, and CLA (a beneficial fatty acid) which has been shown to reduces body fat while preserving muscle tissue, and may also increase your metabolic rate.

1 lb grass fed ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder or smoked paprika
2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado sliced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 lime halved

Additional toppings:
shredded cheese
sour cream

1. In a large skillet add the oil, onion, and bell pepper and cook for 6-8
minutes or until the peppers are softened and the onion becomes soft and
transparent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned using a spatula
to break it up in the pan.
2. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and rinsed black beans to skillet. Stir
to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Spoon meat mixture on plate, top with sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced
avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice.
