Overnight Pumpkin Oats
Don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning?…. Problem solved. This nutrient dense “no cook” oatmeal gets tossed together the night before and will be ready when you are the next morning

cup old fashion oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp crushed walnuts
1 tbs maple syrup or honey, chopped nuts for topping.


Add all ingredients in a mason jar or tupperware with lid. Place lid securely on and shake to combine ingredients. Put your oats in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
